Jim Lee obtained a Master's of Science degree in Civil-Structural Engineering from UNC-Charlotte in 2021, and subsequently passed the Principles of Engineering (P.E.) Exam in 2022.

 

With over six years of experience in civil-structural consulting, Jim possesses a wealth of knowledge in designing structures made of concrete, steel, masonry, and some experience in timber.

 

He has also garnered expertise in land design and development, including site layout, development, grading, and cost estimation. In addition, Jim is a commissioned notary public in the state of North Carolina.
